Sourdough Country Loaf
A loaf of crusty bread with a light and airy interior. Its tangy flavor is brought about by the natural lactobacilli produced by the sourdough starter. The starter is natural yeast that we have nurtured and cared for which contains microorganisms that cause fermentation. Made with only flour, salt, and water — you are sure that what you are getting is a quality product with no additives, extenders, or preservatives. We offer two shapes — a Boule or a Batard; and two sizes - 650g and 850g. A boule is round, while the batard is torpedo-shaped.
