  • COVID-19
    • The safety of our clients and team members has been first and foremost in the planning of our operation.  For everyone's safety and confidence, The Daily Knead practices food and safety protocols; as well as implement bi-weekly rapid testing for all team members.  
    • We also operate in a work bubble, all of our team members stay in-house.  When they go on leave, they go through a quarantine and testing process before proceeding back to work.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    • The earlier the better as products do sell out quite fast.  The dough of all our baked products are proofed in the refrigerator overnight.  The way we make bread can be laborious, with time being it's greatest ingredient.  With a little bit of patience and good weather, you can be rest assured that you will be receiving good quality products.
  • Can I order for same day delivery or pick up?
    •  Yes you can!  Check out our Same-Day Orders on the navigation panel to see what we have made extra for the day.
  • How does shipping and pick up work?
    • We offer local delivery for Metro Manila orders via  third party providers. You can view our shipping methods and prices here.  Should you be outside of Metro Manila and would like to place an order, no worries!  You will just have to book your own courier service to pick up from our bakery in Parañaque. Please note that shipping organized by The Daily Knead will only be for orders dispatched from our bakery in Parañaque.
    • Should you want to pick up your orders, you can do so by booking your own couriers.  We have the below pick up points available:
      • Sucat, Parañaque
  • What time should I pick up my order?
    • As the baked goods are made in our commissary in Parañaque, pick times will vary as we consolidate all orders before dispatch to the respective pick up points. You will be notified via text once the driver is nearby the pick up point so you may book your respective courier.  Please note that delays can occur due to heavy traffic or the holiday rush. Should you want to receive your orders earlier, we recommend organizing your courier to pick up from our Parañaque commissary.
  • How do I keep and store my bread?
    • You can store your bread in a bread box, muslin bag, a paper bag, or wrapped in a kitchen towel at room temperature.  
    • Storage guide:
      • Room temperature: 3 days (this doesn't apply to pastries and bread that contain cheese and creams)
      • Refrigerator: airtight, up to 3 days
      • Freezer: airtight, up to 1 month
  • Do you make everything in-house?
    • Absolutely! Nothing tastes as good as homemade!  In staying true to why we started The Daily Knead, everything is made from scratch, in-house!
  • Do you offer any vegan items?
    • We do have a few vegan options, all of which fall under our "Vegan" line of products, unless otherwise stated.
  • Do you offer any gluten-free items?
    • We do not produce gluten-free products at this point in time. 
  • Do you sell items other than bread and pastry?
    • Yes, we also sell pantry staples that every cupboard should have (along with bread). Just check the pantry section of our webpage. 
  • What are your payment methods?
