Coffee Caramel Crunch Cake
Coffee and caramel just makes sense together! The Coffee Caramel Crunch Cake has got to be one of the more textural cakes that we've developed to date so allow us to breakdown this divine treat. We made a coffee chiffon especially for this which we then coated with coffee syrup to elevate the flavor. Between are generous layers of dark chocolate ganache, salted caramel, vanilla custard and coffee jelly. If that wasn't enough, we ice the exterior with coffee chantilly cream, top it off with a salted caramel drizzle and add a crown of our homemade coffee crunch to give it the bite that works so well with the overall experience.
