Eclair - MKT

Our foray into our Choux pastry line is a wonderful medley of éclair flavors. In this sampler, you will find some classic flavors, with some surprises that we are sure every pallet will enjoy. Every single component added into the puffy éclair are all homemade, and is an ode to how beautiful simple ingredients can create a beautiful medley of flavors. 

BY THE PIECE:

Classic Éclair - Filled with vanilla bean crème pâtissière, topped with Belgian chocolate.

Coffee Caramel - Filled with salted caramel and coffee cream, topped with caramel.

Pastillas - Filled with milk cream, topped with Dekada's chocolate pastillas glaze and our homemade pastillas balls.

Strawberry Shortcake - Filled with strawberry compote, milk cream, topped with melted white chocolate and sprinkled with chiffon crumbs. 

Rocher - Filled chocolate mousse, choux pastry is dipped In our homemade dark chocolate ganache which has chopped toasted walnuts.

Leche Flan - Filled with leche flan filling and is topped with arnibal chantilly cream that's garnished with leche flan cubes.
