Eclair

Our foray into our Choux pastry line is a wonderful medley of éclair flavors. In this sampler, you will find some classic flavors, with some surprises that we are sure every pallet will enjoy. Every single component added into the puffy éclair are all homemade, and is an ode to how beautiful simple ingredients can create a beautiful medley of flavors. 

BY THE PIECE:

Classic Éclair - Filled with vanilla bean crème pâtissière, topped with Belgian chocolate.

Coffee Caramel - Filled with salted caramel and coffee cream, topped with caramel.

Sparkling Strawberry - Filled with Chandon Brut crème pâtissière, topped with white chocolate mousse, Sparkling Rosé jelly and fresh strawberries.

Thai Milk Tea - Filled with Thai tea cream and topped with toasted milk cream and muscovado-sweetened boba balls. 

Pastillas- Filled with milk cream, topped with Decade's chocolate pastillas glaze and our homemade pastillas balls.

Rocher Éclair *new flavor* - Dark chocolate mousse & toasted walnuts

Strawberry Shortcake Éclair *new flavor* - Strawberry compote, milk cream, white chocolate, fresh strawberries & chiffon crumbs
