We love a sweet and tart medley, and the Calamansi Pinwheel is definitely considered a lip-puckering delight! We took a trip down memory lane by shaping our danish like a pinwheel, reminiscent of our childhood summers. It has a crisp flake, accompanied by some homemade calamansi curd, and we sprinkle desiccated coconut on top to tie it all together.
