    The Jamón Manchego Ensaymada is our take on the classic ensaymada. It has a beautifully buttery brioche base that’s doused in our homemade buttercream. We sprinkled Aged Manchego and topped it off with Jamón Serrano which imparts a more complex flavor and aroma. This decadent treat brings back many memories of Christmases of past. We hope you enjoy it, the same way our families do!
